At Little Den Co., we carefully pack and ship each order to ensure your little one receives their outfit safely.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.


Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 6–8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

From time to time, we may run free shipping promotions which will be clearly mentioned on the website.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing the order.

Little Den Co. will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, it may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact us with:

  • Your Order ID
  • The reason for cancellation

Our team will confirm the cancellation if the order has not been shipped yet.


Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled within the allowed window, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
