Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Little Den Co., every piece is thoughtfully made for your little ones. As a small and growing brand, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do offer exchanges in certain situations to ensure you receive the right product.
Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery only in the following situations:
- You received the wrong size than what you ordered
- The product is damaged or defective (clear photo and video proof required)
- You received the wrong item
If your request meets the above criteria, our team will assist you with an exchange depending on product availability.
Requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
- Email or contact our support team within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Share:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos and videos of the product
- A short description of the issue
- Our team will review the request and confirm the exchange eligibility.
Once approved, you will need to self-ship the product to our address, which will be shared by our team.
Shipping for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
- The new exchanged product shipping cost will also be borne by the customer.
- If the issue occurred due to our mistake (wrong item sent or defective product), Little Den Co. will cover the exchange shipping cost.
We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing the tracking details with us.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and unwashed
- All original tags must be intact
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The exchange request must be approved by our team
Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Sale or discounted products
- Worn, used, or washed items
- Products without original tags
- Custom or personalized products
Refund Policy
Little Den Co. currently does not offer refunds.
We only provide exchanges in eligible cases mentioned above.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size is not available, we will provide store credit of the same value for future purchases.
- Little Den Co. reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.
