Damaged Product Claim Policy

At Little Den Co., we take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are here to help.

Reporting a Damaged Item

You must report a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share the following with our support team:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Unboxing video showing the issue
  • Photo of the packaging

Without photo and video proof, we may not be able to process the claim.


Resolution

Once the claim is verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • Exchange of the product, or
  • Replacement with the same item, subject to availability.

If the product is out of stock, we may offer store credit for the same value.


Important Note

Damage claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted, as we cannot verify when the damage occurred.
